I'm cut, but my head is extremely sensitive, and I lose it if it's stimulated.
Firm grip on shaft, all the way to the bottom. Same thing applies to BJs actually, I like the head skipped. Deep throat!
For the record, my head was not always extra sensitive. I think it had something to do with the time I found out that I am allergic to latex
