yah man, shrimp are tricky as hell to cook. some people deshell them beforehand so that it cooks better all around, but its so easy to burn them if you do that. but if you leave the shell on, its hard to cook the middle properly (if i do this, the middle is always a bright pink!). anyway, good luck on further ventures with them, and give me a PM if you find out a good way to cook them
