Lube is your friend.
Some women can be embarassed about having to use it, though. Like there's something wrong with them if they don't have an instant oil slick down there. If that's going on for you, just relax--most people use SOMETHING.
Personally I'm not a big fan of KY or Astroglide. KY is kind of gooey, and Astroglide is too runny. I found a brand sold by Adam and Eve called ID-Glide that is just the right consistency. Just thick enough that it stays where you put it, and it doesn't dry sticky like Astroglide does.
