Sigh...I miss cable TV. We get AFN here, and all the shows are a season behind.
When I'm visiting home, though, I'm all about VH1 (huge Behind the Music and I Love the 80s fan), Comedy Central (especially the stand-up), and the Discovery Channel.
I'll usually catch a few Buffy reruns as well, but fX cuts them all to hell to make room for more commercials.
