Not only is water good for you...but more important is high water content food. i.e cucumbers, celery, and fruit, because high water content food provides our bodies with nourishment and cleansing of the organism. (In Fit For Life by Harvery and Marilyn Diamond.)
As a person who is intaking way more high water content foods, I can say that there is a remarkable improvement in my health and my body.
I am not saying to stop drinking water and that pure water is not important, but you have to also supply you body with water, from fruits and veggies.
