This thread...seems to assume that everyone is a serial monogamist.
I believe, that you can truly love, more than one person at a time. But I think that gets away from the original idea.
If you are in a monogamous realtionship...where you have both agreed to not have sex, not love for another person...then you should not. I do not think it has anything to do with the amount of love you have for you partnet, but how much respect you have for the "rules" you set up in your relationship.
