It takes a while to develop a new routine and to get into new habits that don't involve your ex.
Reconnect with your friends. Maybe join a gym if you don't already belong to one. Working out will help you burn some stress and even eventually feel better about most everything. Reestablish ties with your favorite hobby and those around you who participate. Getting your life going again isn't that hard to do. The more you identify who you are and what makes you happy in this world the quicker you will be able to put the past completely behind you.
