It depends on the car and the transmission. Like I said....seen and heard about quite a few FWD cars dyno-ing with more than 25% loss to the FRONT WHEELS
So in my experience, I stand by my statement.... A an equally rated FWD car
may dyno more power to the wheels, but the rear wheel drive car will still be faster.
