Never interpret dreams exactly as they appear! Also, people have other more seemingly "abnormal" dreams than that and it's still considered healthy. The truth of the matter is that our brains do weird things in our sleep every single night, some people admit it, others don't. As long as you don't have intentions act it out in real life, it's safe and probably healthy. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar, but I'd guess that the bondage and her unwillingness in your dream represents/symbolizes her unavailability. And I think you're overanalyzing/overdramatizing. It was just a dream, calm down.
