I'm not interested in making you look bad or completely negating what you have to say.
I am interested in seeing where you got this information because some of it seems fishy (eg. how would you determine that 37% of people have weak thirst mechanisms confused with hunger). I would also like to learn more about the stuff that would be useful to know, if I knew about the evidence behind it (eg. back/joint pain and water).
