new years resolutions dont work but however my goals (have been working on since october)
are to:
-be able to bench press 150 (can do 105 right now since I was a lazy ass for so long on this damn box [big jump but in a year of hard work I can try aye?]
-Lose 15 more pounds (although Im proud of my 50 lost already

-Some stuff I cant think of but ill remember right when I press reply
