The method of taking the pill that lurkette mentioned to me is how my Dr had me taking the pills until this new one came out. The new one is just a little bit stronger estrogen than my old ones. I had been having trouble with spotting more than I have with this one.
Also - I've never seen a gyno. I just see a family Dr. They do just fine.
