You should consult your companies policy on this...
Wether or not you adequatly(sp?) cover your tracks isn't the issue, as they can still walk in on you and find out.
If a policy is unclear, and you post only 'regular' stuff (and not 'adult'), and you keep it to a few times a day (as a 'break') then you should be o.k. It all depends on your boss though. In the end he decides.
As for covering your tracks: By engaging internet traffic of any kind your system administrator will know. If the data is crossing the company LAN, your activity could already be logged. And no wiping of your cache will prevent that.
It's all about policy and what _they_ think is o.k.
