i'm baptized catholic and the wife is of jewish decent... she has her own beliefs and I have mine, they aren't conflicting but they aren't the same. She definitely doesn't believe in organized religion. I see it has a place for some people.
Sometimes when I'm bored I'll take on a JW or two. I'm well schooled in the bible and can go toe to toe with them for some time. Ultimately it's boring after awhile and I ask them a simple question of respect,"If you with your convictions and beliefs are strong would you want someone to try to convince you otherwise? What makes you think that I would be different than you?"
