Try setting your alarm for 2 hours before you wake up. When it goes off, get up for a half hour. When you go back to bed, just keep thinking about how you're going to lucid dream. Since your memory takes a bit of time to disconnect, and REM sleep will come on much quicker, it is easier to become lucid.
