So, my roommate asks me to help him get rid of some junk on his computer. I run my cleaning trifecta (Spy-Bot, Ad-Aware, & AVG) 784 pieces of spyware and virus infected files later, he's feeling suitably ashamed for not doing this earlier...

but I have one little bugger that I can't seem to get rid of: IELoader. Everytime I run ad-aware, it finds a registry key and a few files. Every.Time. Also, most of the time on both boot up, and when he opens IE, the System32 directory opens up. I suspect that this is a side-effect of the malware writing to that directory. I'm stumped, so I thought that I'd ask you guys for help.
