That it is a conversion van makes kbb and edmunds useless. It's value will depend entirely on the condition it is in and what the conversions are. Each conversion van is pretty much unique and you can't just compare them based on the information available. As that they are both fairly old and fairly cheap, I wouldn't worry about it too much. I suspect they won't last long, I could of course be wrong. As to the prices, I'm sure there isn't much profit at 1,500 and 1,900; my gut reaction is the "dealers" picked them up for under 500. A reputable dealership would not sell something that cheap or old. It is bound to have problems, and will generate too much "heat" for the dealership to find the quick $1000 worth it. That being said, if one of them is your cup of tea, have an independent mechanic look it over before you buy it.
