While it's not true for everyone, for myself college has been anything but a waste of money. However, I do know of people who are quite the opposite. In order for me to do what I want to do, an extensive college education is required, and I've been nothing but stimulated by these years so far, but thats because I went out of the way to ensure I was taking challenging courses that actually required work.
Oh, and if I was secure, I'd still finish my education (debt free....wow) and work off and on, but never more than a day or two a week. The rest of the time, build a house on a lake somewhere and fish, hike, and all that good outdoorsy stuff...as well as two chicks at the same time man...
