Interesting. After a tough seesion at night, i am often completely
fucked, so i can sleep with no dramas and fall asleepy quite quickly. Although that's after a really
tough session. For lighter cardio seesions, yeah it gets mne awake, but a tough weights sessions will normally leave me pretty tired and sore afterwards. Which is good, cause then you know it's working
Working out eariler is good as well though, even a light session, as it kicks your whole body into gear and gets your metabolism starting up.
Having sex or a wank is normally a good way to beat insomina and trouble sleeping
