that happens to me too if i work out too late. i have trouble sleeping sometimes. late night workouts are terrible for that. i always try and hit the gym as soon as i get off work. that way by the time i should be going to bed, i am usually tired.
working out does tend to give you more energy throughout the day. i find i am MUCH more productive on days that i go to the gym as opposed to my off days. you feel better both mentally and physically.
i dont think its anything to worry about.
