Wheatgrass?
I'm not much into health foods, but I try to eat generally healthy. I know I'm not getting enough vegetables.
So, I'm watching the QE/SG episode with the videojockey, and they casually mention that one ounce of wheatgrass juice is nutritionally equivalent to 1.7 pounds of fresh vegetables, or something like that.
Wow!
So, is this serious? I googled a bit, but the sites all wanted to sell me something, and I don't know how much I trust them.
Also, I don't want to have to grow the stuff and juice it myself. Are the pills or bottled juices good enough?
