usually its not that the older men actually go around and MAKE the videos... except in the cases of EXTREMELY young childeren doing such things ages 8-13 or so... in which case the men deserve the chair

but when the girls get to like 15 years old and they have porno all over the net... its becasue the girls or whoever made a video, took pictures, got on cam or whatever on an NON-secure site on NON-secure connection and were sending it to their boyfriend or whoever... reason: parents won't let their child "expierment" when their horomones hit them... so they find other ways to expierement, a hacker finds the stuff, or the boyfriend gets angry and in "revenge" publishes it, and it ends up geting passed around the world like a peace pipe in a teepee...

the older men come into it beause a- they are pervs and just wanna see REALLY young girls... ack...

or b- try to sell it off as "easy money"
