thats a totally unrealistic example; what opression would removing Bush from power free up....the United States removed a murderous dictator from power and is currently helping set up a free country with a democratic style of government...

how would have the IRAQI people freed themselves without our help.....they would throw rocks are tanks and charge on camels.....if they rebeled everyone woulda been slaughtered just like the kurds were after the first Gulf Conflict...hell even the 13 lil colonies that took on England had the help of foreign countries IE: FRANCE......and as i am sure you are aware of our war for indepence was over 200 years ago when a soldiers musket was not to different from a farmer musket....and a horse was a horse....
now it would be a old toyata pickup truck vs an T60 or a BMP...
