Yeah i do enjoy it. I find its really cathartic at the end of the day. The fitness element is pretty intense, but i do like to be pushed in a group environment.
I also find it (and the whole learning process with anything) very humbling. Its good for the spirit. I also do a straight boxing class once a week, which i get the same buzz from.
