I wouldn't mind a couple of banks of spare memory, some automatic muscle toners, some sensory enhancements, and maybe an onboard computer and com-link. Basically things that would help me to work and play the way I enjoy working and playing, but without tying me to a desk.
Another thing I wouldn't mind, but which might be more of a nanotech thing than a cyborg thing, would be little critters tha go down into my lungs, scrub the garbage out of them, and eject it either into my body's natural waste disposal system or into an integrated container that I can empty from time to time. I like smoking, and it's going to kill me one of these days if they don't come up with something to that effect.
