A comb makes a good holder when trying to pound finishing nails in with a hammer.
If you ever need to put a gasket on something and need it to stay a dab of grease does wonders.

I use mine as computer case fan filters........the hardly limit any air plus it doesn't suck in dust...and makes the room smell nice.
