Hang it outside over night or get it drycleaned. I smoke big cheap cigars all the time in this one jacket of mine and wear it to pub night all the time.
If I leave it hanging up outside overnight right before I pass out, I wake up in the morning with a sprink fresh garment.
p.s. this doesn't work as well with vommit.
