First off, make sure the S-Video OUT cable goes into the composite, and the composite goes into the TV-IN cable on the VCR. After that, make sure the VCR has a cable going from TV-OUT into the TV at its Video-IN port. If your TV is using a co-axial cable from the VCR, then simply turn it to channel 3 or 4.
On the computer side, the NVIDIA drivers should allow you to do Video-OUT very easily. You simply go into the drivers from the desktop (or control panel), and go to the Overlay Controls panel. Make sure the Full Screen Device is set as Secondary Display. The Zoom Control should be set as Video Overlay.
The nView mode should be set to Clone, and the number 1 display device should the Primary display device.
Keep in mind that this is with the 45.23 drivers. The 52.16's fucked up a bunch of PC games, so most gamers are reverting back to the 45 series. Hope this helped!
