I'm at close to 65 lbs of weight loss now. I do 30 to 45 minutes of cardio daily with weightlifting 3 times a week. I try to limit my calories to around 1500/day and only eat stuff like beef once or twice a week at most. The key is to eat sensibly, don't eat to late in the day, and just keep your exercise up. It took me around 8 months to lose this much. I have 12 lbs to go to hit my goal.
