My mother in law's recipe- and she has passed it on to my family.
So easy and you serve it WARM!

cut up red potatos in bite-size pieces and cook.
Mix 1/2 mayo with 1/2 sour cream and one packet of Hidden Valley Ranch MIX. Drain potatos, put into large bowl. Mix in the dressing with potatos, chop up 2 green onions and add bacon bits. The proportions vary depending on servings you will need.

It's like eating a baked potato!
