I would have to agree. Its not very likely that a future buyer would even *know* that the engine has been replaced and even if they did, there would be documentation to show that the replacement occured at the stealership, under factory guidelines and at X number of miles. I wouldn't sweat the details too much, mate. Be glad the stealership is going to give you the engine -- I've dealt with far worse.
