I live in Malaysia and tried some of the stuff you guys mentioned here. That beancurd pudding is called "taufufa"... love it a lot. Usually these hawkers by the roadside sell it together with soyabean milk. Century egg is one of my favourites! :P The iris-less eyeballs in sweet soup should be "thong yuan" or something... they're made of flour. I like it when it's served in the sweet soup, but sometimes it's served in ginger soup too.
The strangest stuff I've ever eaten has to be some strange mixture which the seniors forced us to eat during scouts.
It was something like, tomato sauce, chili sauce, mayonaise, noodles, cream soup, tooth paste, some liquid that people use for headaches and stomach aches, sticks, leaves, sand, stones and much more. There was a pot of it, and a pail to barf into once you down a few spoons.
