Who am I
I am a vessel for my thoughts
I fell, hear, see, taste and touch
I am a being bursting with memories, hopes and dreams
I have been deeply hurt by others
I have been mistreated and used
I have known pain, pleasure, love and happiness
I am strong yet weak
I am stubborn yet yeilding
I am careing and devoted
I have flet great pain
Both emotional and physical
As a child and as I am now
I seek happiness but have only found loneliness
My past has guided me to where I am today, for
I have fled from abuse and neglect
I have been an unwitting doll to others sick pleasures
I have danced with death
Yet have seen the sunrise
I have known true love and lost it
I have sat on the edge of madness
And resisted the urges to jump
