Yea, the black was done in Paint, and when in photoshop i added the dark green with the airbrush opacity at full then put it down to like 30 something and did the rest and smeared it a bit in places. Then Lighting effects and a small water? Ripple? blur thing.. i ferget.
But yea thats about it.
Ohh yea, theres the white light and a very very suttle blue light as well..
