leafs keep losing regulars and they keep winning, nolan out for 2+ weeks, mogilny still a month away, kaberle just got injured, belaks out, reichels still weeks away....
i kind of wonder how they will do once everyone gets back healthy....reminds me of the '01 playoffs, they got through 2 grueling playoff series with 1/3 of the team injured, then everyone came back healthy against carolina and the team seemed to lose its chemestry and fell apart to an extent.
meanwhile Sundin is the Hart trophy favorite so far. 14 multipoint games, something like 35 3rd period points(most in league by far), and pulling his team together early in the season and leading them to a 15 game point streak.
gonna be a good battle between leafs and senators for the NE div title thats for sure!
