We might as well just stop going out and doing anything from now. The fear of being sued will prevent us from being involved in anything soon.
Imagine being sued by the drowning guy you pulled from the surf and applied CPR to - he now has recurring gay dreams, some bloke keeps kissing him in his sleep.
Or the fear of getting into an elevator (elephobia? or is that the fear of elephants? Could start a new thread on that one). You fart and the other person sues you!
