If you're not willing to bring it up with her in conversation, just keep doing what you're doing until a) she makes her intentions clear somehow, or b) she gets the hint and leaves you alone. Like I said, you can't make her totally uninterested in you - she's going to feel how she feels. All you can control are your actions. Either find out how she feels and then respond, or just ignore it and go on about your business without wasting more time thinking about it.
