I have a few big events coming up this year and my goals are directed at them. In late May I am doing the Half IronMan in Kona. This will be my longest Triathlon to date so it is a big milestone for me. Also, in the first week of June I will be doing the Aids Ride from SF to LA. That shouldn't be a problem if I am fit enough to do the Tri the week before.
I guess body wise my goal has always been to add about 10 to 15 pounds of muscle. I always seem to be fighting this war between the aerobic workout and the weight work though. I don't think I will ever get past 165.
