ok, i'll tell you a little story which might be able to help you out with helping me out,....

First off, i am starting my own company. I plan on making unique php scripts for mid sized businesses to large businesses.

Next pay i am going to go out and spend 200-300 dollars on some books. I will purchase more as i need them of course.

Here is a list of topics i need some of these books to cover.

PHP
MySql
XML (maybe)
some business marketing type book (internet marketing)
and anything else you think would be helpful in starting this given business

I know the basics in regards to advertising on the internet in search engines with meta tags and PR for google and all that crap, so i don't really need much help with all that. I guess some financial books would be good too.

So, if any of you have any input on this i would love you for ever and ever.

Also, anyone know any information on some good places to go for webpage design. I am not very artistic, though i have a good imagination and i can make a decent website, but i think i need a bit of help with graphics and stuff like that for marketing and colour scemes and all that jazz. If anyone has any input on this it would also be greatly appreciated.
