I wonder what would happen if somehow a law passed
that made every 10 square miles a valid voting block set?
And then representatives would be given a set amount according the sum population within this area.
So, if you represented a certain population within a state,
then you would get either more squares or less according to the population density.
(ex. 1 rep for a square in LA, or 1 rep for 20 squares in the CA desert area...I'm guessing at the numbers here)
The area would be set only according to the number of people,
not race, creed, wealth, party, etc.
Of course the number would change for population or representative needs, but the area would never change.
This would be nice for a change.
But I doubt this would EVER pass.
