In 2003, I resolved to lose 20 lbs - and did so AND managed to keep it off. I put about six or seven back on during the holidays, so those'll be coming off again this month.
My health resolution this year is to continue my resolution from last year: Primarily, instead of taking the elevator to my 13th floor office, I'll take the stairs every time (except lunch on Friday, which is my reward). I will, though, continue to hate every minute of it.
