Heheheheh... well, I can't get close to beating any of you in your times... but I will tell you, back in the day, from the end of June to the beginning of September, there would be about 12 hours of computer gaming A DAY. I wouldn't go to people's houses, so if they wanted to visit they would have to come over and watch. I never ate supper once in the summer that year... man, Civ II, Diablo I, etc... If you multiply the 70 days I spent about on average 10 hours playing... that's 700 hours in 3 months (20 days of doing things not involving computer gaming, like... BUYING computer games!) Anyway, nowadays, I still play turn-based strategy but not as often, and most recent games I've bought (Call of Duty, Max Payne 2, Prince of Persia) I've all beaten in one or two sittings. Quite disappointing, when you WANT to have a marathon gaming session but the game just isn't long enough to even last ya the afternoon.
Anyways, to all those who've demolished my record of 18 hours, congradulations! I'll see what I can do to beat the all-time record, which seems to be... 2 weeks. Crap!
