damn right, i just finished KOTOR last night, and that game was easily the best game i've played for all of 2003. It was a thought-provoking journey into all things Star Wars, both a history lesson and an exploration of one person's journey and the effects that person can set into motion for those around him makes for the ever-consistent good setting that one finds in all good rpg's. Placing it in a Star Wars only serves to enhance an already good base plot, and fuels the fires of mysticism, intrigue and a generally good feeling of enjoyment. This was a fucking amazing game, with a great balance of central character development, party and sub-character development, alot more than I can say for other rpg's I've played. Graphics and environments in this game are stunning, and if it runs shitty on your system, tough shit, get a new computer, run it at lower settings, but don't say that the engine is bad, or that the game sucks, just because your computer is 2+ years old. Bioware doesn't cheap out on people by using fog or any elements like that, you can see everything at once. If you're in a place like Taris, expect the frame rate to drop, without question, there are just far too many objects to be rendered without there being an effect on how the game runs.
Overall, this game was fucking amazing.
