If you want to make something locally but is too cheap or don't have stamps, just put the destination address in the senders address, and a friend's address in the destination address. That way, when the mail gets sorted in the post office, it will get returned to where you want to mail it to.
PS. Sometimes it still get mailed to the destination address.
PPS. Don't mail out your resume this way.
