Well, I don't advocate them nor do I put them down. I think taking them comes down to if you feel they are worth it to you, because they are quite expensive. Hell, one cycle of 240cc Liquid Clenbutrx (which is about 1.5 month worth) will run you $95. I also am familiar with the ones that people are using the most and which gets the best results. And yes, I have never nor will ever use fat burners. For somebody that is very obese it might help them get a jump start, or for somebody who competes professionally and needs to trim down to 5-7% bodyfat for a competition it will be probably necessary. For all other reasons...well I guess that depends on how deep your pockets are and how quickly you want that fat off your body.
