Garbage product from a garbage company is what I hear. It is just an overpriced caffeine pill. The best non-ephedra product that I hear works great is 'Tight' by SAN. The best ephedra based product (obviously they will work a lot better but have more risks) is VPX Liquid Clenbutrx. Don't waste your money on Zantrex-3.
