Ok, here is the time of year in which a lot of us self-reflect and usually dwell upon the things that we would like to achieve. I am not looking forward to the bombardment of "how do I lose this gut" threads that we will most likely see in the next week or so in which we will answer the same way over and over

. I am, however, curious as to what everybody's health goals are this year. Personally, I would like to add 10 more pounds of lean muscle and maintain my bodyfat percentage (9% right now).... bah F that, I'd like to be 8% by next year at this time
