I'd say that is a test for the women, if they are too poor to have automatic locks, the guy isn't worth dating

Only test I ever used was the research test for pre-med majors. When you are a pre-med major in college a simple test to check for gold diggers was as follows. You tell the girl you want to get a PhD instead and do University research. If she didn't try to change your mind she was worth dating seriously.
