Talk about it when youre not right there in the act. If you want to avoid words, then if she starts to go down on you lift her chin up to look at you then bring her up to eye level or you get down to eye level. At this point you can start kissing her lips and move to her neck ( which causes her to lean back ) then just keep leaning her back.
