If you want to be legit, theres only a few options,
buy a new or an upgrade to XP home or pro, buy a new PC that bundles it, or buy a PC from someone that has a licensed version.
you sure you need pro ? Home is $97 upgrade. The only annoying thing i find about home over pro, is the file sharing is dumbed down and i don't need to join a domain, just a workgroup.
